Overview: As a ticket broker, 714Tickets’ content revolved around the latest news and events in sports, concerts, and the theatre industry. It was pertinent to stay on top of these current events and be one of the first to post about it to maximize ticket sales.

Responsibilities: One of my primary responsibilities as marketing director at 714Tickets was managing their social media accounts and campaigns. I wrote, proofread, and edited creative copy; created or sourced all graphics; and posted or scheduled the content on Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and more recently, TikTok and IG Reels. I also created IG highlight covers and highlights, conducted giveaways, engaged with followers, responded to messages, and increased overall brand awareness.

In addition to feed content, I also created and managed social media ad content for Facebook and Instagram. I wrote, proofread, and edited ad copy; created all graphics; and scheduled the ads. To maximize ad sales, I conducted research and analyzed data to identify and define target audiences; drove initiatives to increase product visibility and market performance; and analyzed, compiled, and distributed financial and statistical ad campaign results.

Results: During my time managing 714Tickets’ social media, I increased their Instagram followers by over 55%, increased their Facebook followers by over 65%, and ran numerous successful social media ad campaigns, which increased ticket sales and revenue.
